Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates and delivery
All orders are shipped from United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier or by customs are outside our control, but we will always help you track a delayed parcel.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us at sss@sss.com as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
